A Message from Andrew

Over the past few months, I have had the pleasure of not only becoming the attorney for people injured by others, but I have been able to personally speak with many tort victims. These people—and most that call my firm—do not need attorney representation: they just need a little help.

My job as an attorney is to counsel my clients and advocate on their behalf. However, being a lawyer in South Carolina is as close as it comes to being a public servant (without directly serving the public). For this reason, I take pleasure in speaking with those people who just need a question or two answered, a simple nudge in the right direction.

If you or someone you love were injured in a car wreck, injured due to a botched medical procedure, injured at school, or—in the most severe cases—killed by the wrongful actions of another, give me a call. The reason my firm does not take on 100s of cases is so that (1) I can continue to help others, and (2) my clients and I are on first-name bases and they feel comfortable calling me with any issue.
